TRAINING OPTIMIZATION

 

 

Training Optimization Workshop:


Training Optimization examines the method of learning that most people apply and clarifies the pitfalls in this method. The process then reveals a more efficient and effective style of learning that results in greater and faster retention of material while also sustaining it longer. Optimization can be used for all types of learning. The methods used are common to each participant, but are frequently misunderstood or ignored when individuals or groups attempt to acquire new knowledge or skills. Typically, attendees report an increase in retention content and speed from 20 to 40 percent. This program works in conjunction with and contains portions of the Personal Performance Skills program, "Creating the Zone."

Training Optimization is generally a 1-day program used immediately prior to another training program or shortly before an upcoming session of training programs. It can also be an independent 2-3 day program to achieve substantial personal growth for each trainee involved. 20-25 people per workshop.

During this program, you will also have the opportunity toÉ

  • Understand how people actually learn
  • Apply the concept of preparation correctly to gain the most from it
  • Determine why the common version of practice actually can be more harmful than helpful
  • Recapture the style of learning used as a small child when learning speed and retention were at their maximum
  • Discover how we all use photographic memory
  • See how ADHD can be mistakenly diagnosed
  • Apply the Optimization techniques to upcoming training(s)
  • Determine your individual pitfalls inherent in your current learning style
  • Experience your new learning skills as you acquire them
  • Use the concept "Creating the Zone" to perform the learned skills at the highest level possible

 

Training Optimization Coaching:

A personalized program for 1-5 people that runs a minimum of 5 sessions with each session lasting a minimum of 3 hours. This includes all of the items above and is designed for intense personal skill building.
